CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Studio Jet's cancellation policy is designed to provide our clients with the most flexibility when arranging their trip.  Because private aircraft charter is an on-demand business, we extend a 24 hour cancellation policy on most regular charter flights.  If the flight is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the first proposed flight date and time listed, Studio Jet will extend a full refund for the amount collected.*

There are specific instances in which Studio Jet will secure an aircraft at a special rate for our clients, or there may be specific details that do not allow us to extend the standard 24 hour cancellation policy.  Many times, Studio Jet is able to secure incredibly low rates on aircraft, due to last minute one-way availabilities, or other last minute bookings.  In these cases, there will typically be a 100% cancellation fee, based on the total amount of the flight.

In all cases, Studio Jet will provide all of the cancellation and refund details specific to our client's flights on the provided Studio Jet Quote Contract.
